Puppy Adoption Agreement

Congratulations on your purchase of a new forever companion from Sassy’s Classy Canines. The following is a binding contract between the seller and undersigned (purchaser).

Our Guarantee:

We the seller do guarantee for a period of 10 days of leaving our premises against death of puppy due to any disease that this canine has been vaccinated against. This must be vet and lab confirmed and documents must be presented.

We the seller do guarantee against congenital defects until your puppy is 1 (one) year of age. All delivery costs will be paid by purchaser. We will happily set you up with your desired method of delivery. If we meet you for delivery we ask that you pay for gas and any lodging we may incur.

Sassy’s Classy Canines is not responsible for any vet bills incurred by purchase under any circumstances. If your puppy requires a rabies vaccination you will be responsible for that charge also.

We will replace puppy under guarantee conditions with a pup of similar value at our discretion but will not pay for any shipping costs incurred by such. If for any reason you are unable to care for your puppy in the future you may return it to us as a total surrender with no monies exchanged. Proper care, worming, vet check ups and vaccinations are expected and required to insure the continued health and happiness of your new baby. Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.

Due to rising scam threats, any down payment money will be non-returnable. We know things come up in life, but our time and effort have been taken advantage of in the past. NO EXCEPTIONS
